A surprisingly solid and heavy bench …

A surprisingly solid and heavy bench. Really quick to lift the back rest up. I'd prefer to see some form of non slip pads on the feet as it does slip on my gym floor quite easily.

Not long ago I’ve bought a bench and it ended up breaking. Recently just purchased the gm3 and it’s a perfect bench for me and very solid.

Every nut, bolt piece present and correct.... incredible, despite three holes in boxes. Went together without any problems. Only gripes are the seat post, to adjust the angle etc does have any markers to where the holes are when you adjust.

had this a few weeks now, love it, its well made and stable, and puts my old 1 to shame lol, easily adjusted for each exercise, no worries about a locking pin slipping, as said it is large and when sat provides head support, so if its a larger bench you want then you wont be dissapointed

This bench is decent quality, for the price it’s worth purchasing. It’s large, heavy and robust. Although some of the bolt holes didn’t align very well on my particular bench. A couple of things worth considering: 1) if buying this for a garage, it is large! In my single garage, it can be a bit tight to manoeuvre and I have a clutter free space. 2) the feet on this bench aren’t very good. They’ll work perfectly on a completely flat surface however in my garage, this bench rocks, quite a lot. I have 15mm rubber flooring and my garage floor is fairly level, but not perfectly so, in areas this does mean the bench can rock. 3) if using with a half rack, the incline features can be limited, due to the depth of the bench, difficult to explain but due to the castor wheels and the length of the bench, when using the bench in the more upright settings, incline bench may be more difficult.
