If you’re not happy with your purchase, please send us an email within 30 days of when you made your order. So long as the items are still unused, have not been built and have all of the original packaging, you are able to return them for a refund.

  1. Email contact@gymmaster.co.uk to inform us that you wish to return your purchase, please include your reason for return, name, email address and order number. Please also provide any images to further show the reason for return if necessary as this greatly speeds up the process.

  2. Our dedicated customer services team will reply within 24 hours of receiving the message and will provide you with a detailed set of steps to complete the process. We will contact you via email so please remember to check regularly for any message from us.

We always reply to any messages as quickly as we possibly can, which 99% of the time is within 24 hours. If for any reason you have not received a response within 24 hours then please do not hesitate to contact us again.
