For the price, not bad. But overall… not great. The bench claims to be ‘extremely sturdy’, which just isn’t true. Because of the construction, both the ‘back’ and the ‘seat’ of the bench wobble a great deal, which can be incredibly irritating during certain exercises. Frankly I wish I’d spent the extra £60 and got something that is actually sturdy, rather than something that just claims to be. I have no concerns about the bench failing, and I don’t intend on ever benching 120kg or more so I’ve no concerns there, but yeah, a wobbly bench is not a good bench. For £40 I’m not mad, but you know what they say: buy cheap=buy twice.

For a cheep bench it is pretty good . To be honest I’m only 11st and can only bench 75kg but it’s fine for that @ 200kg . It was a little wobbly when I received it but that was fixed in 5mins with a couple of spanner’s and tightened a couple of bolts . I have limited space and it folds up small so when not being used is easy to store out the way . I’m happy with my bench for the cost . Just one star removed for the need to adjust out the wobble
