Here at Gym Master we try and keep our returns process as simple as we can. If you do wish to return your item within 30 days from the delivery date, please see the steps below to do so:

1. Contact us to inform us that you wish to return your purchase, please include your reason for return, name, email address and if possible Order number. Please also provide any images to further show the reason for return if necessary as this greatly speeds up the process.
2. Our dedicated customer services team will reply within 24 hours of receiving the message and will provide you with a detailed set of steps to complete the process. We will contact you via email so please remember to check regularly for any message from us.

We always reply to any messages as quickly as we possibly can, which 99% of the time is within 24 hours. If for any reason you have not received a response within 24 hours then please do not hesitate to contact us again.
